1. What is the host hotel? The La Quinta in NMB helped us with rooms for the band. Busy week…no deals offered. Book early to ensure you have a room.

2. Will there be food and beverage vendors? Yes.

3. Will there be alcohol? Yes, we will have a beer garden with beer and wine.

4. Will there be parking for motorhomes? Yes. During the event only. No overnight parking allowed.

5. Are pets allowed? Yes, leashed pets are allowed. The park has a dog park. See their rules HERE.

6. Will there be shuttles? Tripps Taxi is supporting the event and can provide transportation to and from.

7. Are you accepting Vendor Applications? Yes. Vendor applications will be considered up until 3 weeks prior to event. Click HERE .

8. Are coolers allowed? Unfortunately, no they are not.

9. Are spectator tents allowed? Tents will not be allowed at this event. Bring your chairs or a blanket. No umbrellas allowed.

10. Are volunteers needed? Yes. Please submit your name HERE to be added to the volunteer list. There will be a volunteer meeting on the day of the event at 12 noon in front of the stage.
